I used to work there (www.peninsulavillage.org) as an Activity Therapist for the Boys Program. I absolutely loved it. Before becoming a mother, it was the hardest and most rewarding thing I had ever done. I still keep in contact with some of the kids I worked with. This weekend I am going back for an alumni retreat. It is one weekend a year that all of the former kids who are doing well come back and get to catch up, while sharing their stories with current patients
