Heaven for Little Boys

Kris got to come home for a long weekend and we made the most of it, spending as much family time as we could.  One of the things we did was go to the Dinosaur Walk Museum in Pigeon Forge.

It was pretty cool, small, but pretty cool-especially if you are 3, or seven months.

Abram was a little scared at first of the T Rex, it was a little too life like......

Abram did end up making friends with the T Rex.  You see, Abram likes to talk to things-and in turn I have to be the voice of whatever it is he is talking to.  Whether it's Reese, or in this case-the dinosaur.  Thankfully at this point Abram and I were alone with the T Rex.  And no, I conveniently didn't get the voice of the T Rex on video.
Motherhood-you do what you gotta do.
(I am having issues uploading the video.  I will keep trying, so stay tuned.)

7 Months

Reese turned 7 months on the 22nd.  His nickname is "The Beast" by his Daddy.  He is one of the happiest babies you'll ever meet.  He wants to be mobile so bad he can't stand it, and has figured out that if he lays on his back he can scoot himself across the room.  He thinks his big brother is the greatest in the whole world, and has in the past 2 weeks been sounding like a pterodactyl discovering how loud he can get.  He can get his knees under his belly and push while on his tummy, and ends up flipping over.  We are definitely in love with him.

By the way, I must mention that the clothes he is wearing-when Abram wore the same clothes-not only was Abram a year old-he was walking.  I think I am going to have a big boy on my hands.

My Boys....

And to be fair, the fourth boy (Obi) was at my feet wanting badly to jump in, but wasn't aloud.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a great one, hope you did too!!

It's Been A While........

There has been so much in the past 2 weeks.  And we still haven't fully unpacked.  With all of the stress, we the boys and I have been able to have some fun while Kris has been traveling with work.

We were able to go to the aquarium with Nana.........

(It was November, Kris packed the bibs in the bag) However, this little cutie loved the aquarium as well-obviously.

Abram became friends with this fish.  When Abram would move up or down the fish would too.  It was really cute, they carried on quite the conversation.

You get a picture like this when your kid runs up to the glass during a dive show when everyone else has been told to sit 10 feet back, I moved him after the photo op.

This past weekend my cousins and their cute kiddos came in.  We went to a children's museum and the girls got to see New Moon, and Abram got an early Christmas present which a HUGE hit with ALL the kids if you know what I mean. Here is a pic of the great grand kids thus far, with Isaac being still in the belly

I hope my sister doesn't kill me for that one, but seriously-how cute is that?

Layla doesn't look too thrilled, but how can you not want to kiss that sweet face?

Things are still crazy, and both boys are sick, but we are having many adventures and feeling more at home.

Getting Settled

We are still getting settled in with Grandma Raisor.  It's nice to be here near family.  Abram and Obi are having a bit of a time adjusting, but we are all hanging in there.  Grandma's visiting family and Daddy has been traveling for work this week.  We have had some fun adventures, when I have time to catch my breath, I will post all about it.

Over the River and Through the Woods.....

Trunk or Treat

We found out with 2 days notice we needed to move.  This is how it is in the business of secret agents....er I mean construction.  That made me laugh, the thought of us as a secret agents!  So anyways, we ended up having to move ON HALLOWEEN, which sucked.  But in the midst of packing decided the kiddos needed some candy so off to church for the Friday night trunk or treat.  There were cute games, and lots o' candy.  It was really fun, even if my oldest didn't want to wear his costume.  Even if he kept yelling he wanted to be "JUST ABRAM!!!"  Even though I may have told him that no one would give him candy if he didn't put his costume back on......yah, I am that mother.

Unfortunately, this is as close as I could get to a cute pic of the boys together.  But really, who wants to pose when there is candy to eat?

P.S. I also got my hair CHOPPED OFF, no I am serious, as in-many inches.  At first I didn't like it, then I did, and now I think the woman got a little too midevil with the scissors, and not enough with the thinning shears if you know what I mean.......oh the thick hair saga continues.....
