All Righty Then............

We have had a crazy (understatement) past couple of weeks. So let me post about some Christmas things we have done, or tried to do. Last year I went out after Christmas and got some craft stuff thinking "Abram will be old enough to do this next year-this will be awesome!" I said that while purchasing some foam kits. This year we tried to make a train:

Caution: This is NOT as easy as it looks on the box, especially with a two year old and crappy glue.

This doesn't even look like a train............


And what are all of these extra parts, they are more fun than that train........


I'll bet they go inside the window of the train..........


And this gingerbread man can be the driver..........



Ahhh, much better.......



Needless to say, I finished it that night by myself. It was hard to explain when he grabbed the train and yelled "choo choo" why it didn't work, and that it was just to look pretty. Abram didn't think that was such a good idea.


The next day we made treats, this was A LOT more fun!! Abram loves to help, and tell me stories while he does so.....




Time to bake!!!!


....and decorate......



It didn't take him long to figure out what the best part of making treats is.....
